Dry wine. The color is soft pink with a nice shine. The flower is youthful, lively and reminiscent of fresh reddish fruits – raspberries, strawberries, even a hint of spicy notes can be found. Vibrant, youthful, inviting.
Dry in the mouth, lighter to medium body with a moderately intense charge in the mouth, which is a faithful copy of the sensations in the flower. You can feel the freshness of the bubbles to the touch. It is a really nice, drinkable, uncomplicated, but anything but simple rosé, with which you can become friends very quickly.
