Vitovska eco, Čotar (0.75 l)

Dry wine. The color is medium deep amber with golden hues. The bouquet is medium-toned, floral, honeyed, inviting, with some juicy hints of ripe apricots. In the mouth, the wine is dry, slightly tart, with an oily texture, higher acidity and a lighter body, with some balsamic notes. Longer, delicious. A nice example of macerated Vito wood.
