Sparkling Castra Brut Cuvee natur, Guerila (0.75 l)

Dry wine (Zelen, Pinela, Rebula). Medium deep golden yellow color. The bubbles are medium in size. The flower is ripe, honey. We also find balsamic notes, orange peel, cinnamon, cloves, gingerbread. Aromatic, in the direction of vermouth. Very dry, foaming in the mouth is more abundant but pleasant, acids are higher.
