Malvasia, Batič (0.75 l)

Dry wine. Soft lemon colors. The flower is moderately accentuated. Moderate variety. Pears, apples, mushrooms. Dry in the mouth, stronger, with an oily texture and moderate acidity. Nicely balanced. If it was a bit discreet on the nose, it plays out nicely in the mouth, we also find spicy notes. Otherwise, it remains medium-intense, but clear. Very nice.
